The Brink Of Extinction is a piece inspired by WWF’s 2008 Japanese campaign for endangered animals. This piece is a collection of 12 animals; all critically endangered, their population numbers drastically declining. Inspired by the works of Tori Ratcliffe, David Shepherd and ‘Sonny’, Mel’s work captures the importance of animal and wildlife conservation and the impact humans have on such beautiful animals.
